Yes, children are welcome at the Riverside. We have the kids meal menu and high chairs available for the little ones.

Is there a dress code?

No there is no dress code at RIVERSID RESTAURANT, you are welcome in both your jeans or
ballgown. Most guests are in either smart or smart casual attire.

Can you BYO?

We are a fully licensed restaurant with a fantastic range of well-priced international and Australian wines or beers and as such, RIVERSIDE RESTAURANT does not accept BYO.

How do I reserve a terrace table?

Subject to availability, a terrace table will be guaranteed by booking.

Do you have wheelchair access?

The restaurant seating is on the first level. Wheelchairs can access the restaurant via the lobby lift of Mercure Rockhampton. Prior arrangements must be made at the time of reservation.

Can I bring balloons/flowers/decorations for my booking/event?

Yes, you can bring decorations to theme your celebratory meal or event, including balloons and
flowers. Please notify the RIVERSIDE RESTAURANT team if you are brining decorations with you.

Can I bring a birthday/anniversary cake?

Celebration cakes are welcome in our restaurant and no cakeage charge applies.

Surcharges and payments?

A 1.1% processing fee applies to credit cards.
A 10% surcharge applies for public holidays.

Do you have set menu for groups?

Accepted Answer

The minimum number of guests required to dine on a set menu is four, and the whole table is
required to dine on a set menu. The price is $65/Person.
